Coming from the North (Fort Lauderdale) – Take I-95 South to Downtown Miami, Biscayne Blvd. Exit 5A (8th St./ Port of Miami/ Orange Bowl). Turn left on 5th Street. Several blocks later turn right onto Biscayne Blvd. (South) and then a left on NE 2nd Street making a u-turn. This will take you back onto Biscayne Blvd. (North). At NE 3rd Street turn right into Bayside Marketplace and follow signs to parking garage or valet parking. The marina is located on the east side of Bayside Marketplace.
Coming from Miami Beach – Take 5th Street West which will merge into MacArthur Causeway. Exit on Biscayne Blvd. and turn left and head South on Biscayne Blvd. On NE 2nd Street turn left making a u-turn. This will take you back onto Biscayne Blvd. (North). At NE 3rd Street turn right into Bayside Marketplace and follow signs to parking garage or valet parking. The marina is located on the east side of Bayside Marketplace.
Coming from the West (Miami INTL Airport) – Take the 836 East towards the beaches. Continue east onto 395 to Miami Beach. Exit at Biscayne Blvd./NE 2nd Ave./US1. Turn right on NE 2nd and then turn left at NE 10th Street. Turn right at the street light onto Biscayne Blvd. (South). On NE 2nd Street turn left making a u-turn. This will take you back onto Biscayne Blvd. (North). At NE 3rd Street turn right into Bayside Marketplace and follow signs to parking garage or valet parking. The marina is located on the east side of Bayside Marketplace.
Coming from the South (South Miami/Coconut Grove) – Take US1 North onto I-95 North to Exit 3 (Biscayne Blvd./Downtown). Stay left on exit towards SE 2nd Street/ Biscayne Blvd. Continue straight at end of exit to Biscayne Blvd. At stop sign turn left onto Biscayne Blvd. and then turn right on NE 3rd Street into Bayside Marketplace and follow signs to parking garage or valet parking. The marina is located on the east side of Bayside Marketplace.

Coming From the South (Coconut Grove / South Miami) – Take US1 North to Interstate 95 (US1 merges into I-95). Proceed north on I-95 to the I-395 East exit. Proceed East on Interstate 395 and take the first exit – Biscayne Boulevard. Turn left at the end of the exit and proceed to NE 15th Street. Turn right onto NE 15th Street, then turn left at the next intersection, which is North Bayshore Drive. The Marriott Hotel will be on the right, which has valet parking. The marina is directly in front of the hotel.
Coming From Miami Beach – Take Collins Avenue South to 5th Street in South Beach. Turn right onto 5th Street and proceed west over the McArthur Causeway leaving the beach. Take the first exit – Biscayne Boulevard. Turn right at the first intersection which is North Bayshore Drive. The Marriott Hotel is about 2 blocks north on the right and there is valet or self-parking in the hotel. The marina is directly in front of the hotel.
MIAMI BEACH MARINA 300 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL
From the North (North Miami / Fort Lauderdale) – Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 395 (left hand exit). Proceed East on Interstate 395 which will turn into the MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach. Follow the Causeway across the Bay and stay in the far right lane as you approach South Beach where you will see the marina on your right. Turn right onto Alton Road. Proceed to the second driveway where you will see Monty’s Restaurant and turn right into the driveway. Monty’s provides free valet parking.
