All payments are final and non-refundable but transferable with approval from management. Charter funds can be transferred with no penalties to future charter date(s) if our office is informed of cancellation and rescheduling at least 60 days prior to originally scheduled departure date. Rescheduling date needs to take place within 6 months of the originally scheduled departure date.
This does not apply to private dinner yacht charters, Holidays or special events which all payments are final and non-refundable. A 25% deposit is required in order to secure a reservation for any of our vessels. The remaining balance is due in cleared funds 30 days before the departure date.
